  Had a mediocre experience. My glasses snapped at the bridge just a few months out of warranty. I've worn glasses for 25 years, this is the first time I've seen that. All I did was remove them from my face, no specific trauma, just weak plastic. They discontinued the frames so I had to buy another set of frames at full price. So basically they don't support their brand, I won't buy their house brand again. They included the uv coating though, so that's something I guess They tried to fix them or swap the frames and failed, they didn't notify me so I arrived to a pair of broken frames. They should have given me a heads up. I think I might be able plastic weld them myself, so it's certainly possible to repair these things.

  They were very patient with me and let me choose my glasses in peace w/o pushy advertising they told me the important offers and were ready to help anytime I had a question. I got two pairs and I’m excited to get them soon!

  I had a pair of glasses 2 years ago one I was using constantly and it was good. A couple of months ago started to use the other one and a month ago the lenses started to fall, when I checked a branch in Walden they said it was designed smaller, and I need to contact the north hill branch to remake it because it's their fault, but when I called the branch they said it's been 2 years and they can't do it. It's their rules and I understand it, I'm just disappointed to make anything with Specsavers after this response. Knowing that I like the glasses and wanted to make another one. But I will check what else is out there.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. During my contact lens trial, the first prescription needed adjustment. When I returned, I found the wrong lenses had been ordered, resulting in a wasted trip. At that time, the front desk staff, also the only person available to assist, apologized and promised 5 extra pairs of trial lenses to compensate for the error and the inconvenience. When I returned today, the Owner/Optometrist refused to honor this promise. He told me, "I am the boss," and said he would "educate" his staff for making that commitment. Most disappointingly, he tried to pressure me into purchasing a 30-day supply before providing the promised trials. I am still trying to find a brand that works for my eyes in this dry climate, but the owner's dismissive attitude made me extremely uncomfortable. Instead of continuing the trial process there, I decided it was better to take my prescription elsewhere. It is a shame that an owner would prioritize the cost of a few trial lenses over patient care and professional integrity. I will not be returning.
