I decided to wait, it was short and the optometrist was friendly and easy to talk with. He was knowledgeable and offered some advice as per the lense options. From there he passed me to Dariia whom was patient and gracious to put up with all the back and forth on the frames and lense options. Made my choices and look forward to picking up my new glasses in a couple of weeks. Thanks everyone it was a great experience.

He explained everything in detail and assisted us at evey given moment. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable and truly cared about his job. Hands down best experience ever. The doctors are amazingly trained professionals, the costumes services is excellent . However my Best person is Nor Azizi !!!!! Best Costumer Services experience Ever !!! - JCJanet CameronMay 2, 20265.0Top of list is Nor Azizi .He spent as much time as I needed to pick out some sunglasses.He gave his opinion on how they looked and gave me many options. Picked out 2 pair im happy with.He gave me options for lens color and if I wanted polarized ones. I declined but on the way home I thought about it and changed my mind. Called them right back and was able to change one pair to polarized no problem at all. My visit was very stress free and came away satisfied. 5 stars are as high as I can go but for Mr. Azizi definitely 100. Thank you

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
