They will help you with picking glasses that will suit you and work with your prescription. I had a pair of glasses which I had purchased from an all together different store that I have not been able to wear comfortably for 2 years as I was told they could not be adjusted, I brought them in to my appointment with me and the wonderful lady I was working with adjusted them, and for the first time in two years I can actually move my head and not have to keep pushing my glasses back up on my face. I dealt with Halima and she was fantastic.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
