Had a very positive experience at lens crafter this morning! Took in a pair of sunglasses that had not been purchased there and they “fixed” them for me on the spot. Very friendly and professional service.

I have been with Lens crafter for more than 5 years now and every time I have a need no matter what they come true. I misplaced my glasses at a mall and was scheduled to travel by road for work within 2 weeks. To my utmost bewilderment, Anne at Market mall location miraculously had my new glasses ready before my road trip. To this I’m grateful and thankful. Thank you Anne if you ever saw this!

The staff member who helped me today was very kind and helpful. They fixed my glasses even though the frames weren’t from this store for free, and did an excellent job. They now look as good as new

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with LensCrafters, and I’d strongly caution anyone considering buying from them. About a year ago, I purchased Prada frames with premium lenses—an expensive setup. Within months, they failed and were replaced under warranty. Now, just five months later, the exact same issue has come back. At this point, it’s clearly a quality or consistency problem. What made this worse was the experience at the LensCrafters Market Mall location. The manager was terrible—dismissive, uninterested, and unwilling to take any accountability. I was completely brushed off. This is especially frustrating considering my family has purchased around nine pairs of glasses in the past two years through LensCrafters. That loyalty meant nothing. Expensive products, repeat failures, and poor service when it matters most. I would not recommend LensCrafters—especially this location!

Recently bought a pair of glasses from the Market Mall location and wasn’t completely satisfied but I went back and the lovely employee, Ann helped me out and was able to exchange the glasses for a different pair. Would definitely come again.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
