  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Experience at LensCrafters – CF Market Mall I recently visited LensCrafters at CF Market Mall in Calgary and had a great experience dealing with Therese. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I originally went in looking for a specific style of Oakley frames in a larger size, but unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for. Therese suggested a few alternatives, and I ended up choosing a different pair of Oakley frames that I really liked. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the Varilux progressive lenses I was purchasing, along with the detailed measurements needed for a proper fit. Since I've had some issues with my previous progressive glasses, I appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to answer my questions. I'm still waiting for my new glasses to arrive, so I can't comment on them just yet, but the experience of choosing and ordering them was excellent. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. Therese was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone shopping for new glasses.   Exceptional, unwavering and welcoming reception at Market Mall LensCrafters. This visit was my 5th to get a change for my eye glass from same place because of their services, specially from Anne.   I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters Market Mall, especially thanks to Alvin, the optician. My glasses had become badly bent and completely out of shape, but Alvin fixed them perfectly! He was so kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. He carefully adjusted my glasses and made them look and feel like new again — and he did it completely free of charge! It’s been two years since I purchased my glasses at LensCrafters, yet every time I visit, no matter which location, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and willing to do their best to assist me. A special thank you to Alvin for his excellent service and professionalism. I truly appreciate it. Wonderful staff, wonderful service. I highly recommend LensCrafters!
