  I went to Market mall, Calgary lenscrafters even though staff was nice but a little disappointed by the customer service I think the staff should have helped customers with picking out the frames. Staff should not be sitting around on the computer.

  I encountered several issues with my glasses (due to my odd prescription). The team at LensCrafters tree is Market Mall handled these issues with professionalism and patience. They were all very welcoming and kind. They remembered me on sight and seemed genuinely invested in helping me. I dealt mostly with Anne and she was incredible! Sincere and accommodating, she had a solution for every problem I encountered. I had many positive experiences with Therese, Moe, and the rest of the team as well (I’m sure I’m forgetting some names and I do apologize) It’s easy to give praise when everything goes smoothly. Market Mall Lens Crafters adapted to my specific needs and I am incredibly grateful. I will definitely be coming back!

  Antia was great to work with today. Very refreshing to have a nice high energy person willing to just tell you either look ugly or good in glasses. As requested. But very professional at the same time. Im a male and needed the help so I didn't look goofy. Thank you antia.

  I visited LensCrafters at the mall today to pick up my prescription glasses for walking and reading, and I have to say that the service I received was exceptional. The young lady who assisted me was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses today, and honestly, her outstanding customer service made a huge difference in my experience. In my opinion, she deserves serious consideration for a Branch Manager position. Someone with her professionalism, attitude, and commitment to customers would be a great asset to the company. 10/10 — highly recommended! Thank you for the excellent service. Ashraf

  Just bought two prescription glasses and paid almost $800 out of my pocket. I was provided only one glasses cleaning cloth for both glasses and no glass cleaner spray. I went back and asked and I was given another cleaning cloth and was told that we do not give glass cleaner and it does not matter how much I have spent on these two glasses. I informed the lady that the other stores do provide cleaning cloths and spray with big purchases but she denied. This was my first time buying glasses from this store and it will be the last time.
