  I would like to thank Mitra Azadi for excellent service. Competent, friendly. She went above and betond to ensure that i could order my glasses. She knew her theoretical backgroynd and ensurez that my glasses were the correct strenghth. Thank you Mitra Azadi in Calgary!

  We had great experience at this store and Davanshi was helping my husband and me throughout the process of picking out and buying our prescription glasses. She was extremely helpful, patient and kind to us! 😊 Manager was also very kind. They exchanged the pair I got at Southcentre location and emailed us and called us both when our glasses were ready for pickup, unlike at Southcentre location where customer service is terrible! All my recommendations for this store/location! 😊

  I ordered prescription glasses from this store, and after waiting about two weeks, I went to pick them up. Unfortunately, they had ordered a different frame from the one I originally chose. Even though the mistake was made by the store, I was asked to pay an additional amount in order to get the correct frame. In addition, the measurement for the optical center of the lenses was not accurate, which caused discomfort. The customer service was also disappointing. The attitude felt dismissive and condescending, and I did not feel that they were willing to take proper responsibility for their mistake or resolve the issue fairly. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

  Do you ever have one of those weeks were everything goes wrong? That was how I was feeling when I entered lenscrafters but I DEFINITELY didnt leave feeling that way. My family and I all had eye exams and in need of new glasses especially me since I had broken mine 6 days before and haven't been able to see for that entire time. Upon entering we were greeted by a lovely lady in a long cardigan ( I wish I had gotten her name) she helped me and my son look fir a couple frames then held them until we were done our exams. Thank you for your kindness cardigan lady!!!! After our exams performed by the kind and patient dr. Allison Wright, she's incredible!!! We were introduced to the gentleman that would be helping us for the next hourish.... Benjamin Yap. But he introduced himself to us as Ben. MY GAWD... WHAT A SAINT! We had found my son his new frames and got him all sorted while I frantically and indecisively looked for frames for myself. He showed nothing but patience and kindness towards me the entire time, picking out frames I hadn't seen and giving his honest opinion about each and every one. He never once showed signs of annoyance and just smiled every time i apologized for my mood that day. 900 frames tried on, a whole bunch of tears *from me, and a quick walk around the mall. I have found the perfect glasses and couldn't be happier. He has gone above and beyond for me so I only have to wait 2 days instead of two weeks to be able to see again. From the receptionists, pre-screeners, doctors behind the scenes to the amazing staff dealing with crazy people like me, its a great experience from start to finish. But a special thanks to Ben... I would not have made it through that without you!!!!!

  Today I decided to visit LensCrafters at chinook due to I had looked at their website and thought it would be a good option for me to pick some frames. I don’t usually wear glasses so this was a new experience for me. Frames are hard for me to find as I have distinct features and glasses/sunglasses are hard for me to wear. I went in, no greeting from ANYONE, although still continued to look around. I alway give the benefit of the doubt and thought that they were busy and would come say hi at some point. I started looking at frames, trying them on and putting each one back. Still no greeting. I went around the store again, trying on and putting back. At this point im in the store for 15-20 min, nothing from the staff. I watched them care for the customers who were coming in to pick up their glasses, but not the one person needed to purchase, and even watched them try on frames for themselves. And you might ask, maybe they thought I was there to look, nope, I was there to purchase. And I needed help. Could I have asked for it, yes, although when I left, I went to two other places and they helped me instantly. So LensCrafters staff, do better. Instead I took my $1000 purchase else where
