Had an amazing experience at this LensCrafter! Bilqis was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with getting the ideal pair of glasses. She helped me walk through my options and explained the difference between each lens configuation. She helped me with my concerns since it is hard to find low bridge glasses and I am very satisfied with the outcome and appreciate the professionalism from her. She also helped me get the best deal and I am satisfied with the price for my two pairs of glasses. Am very satisfied with my experience there and rate it 10/10.

Been going to them for years. They were great when in Marlborough Mall. Since moving to Sunridge. The eye clinic has poor customer service. As well as the LensCrafters is the same. Staff rushes people. And they really seem frustrated dealing with people. Time to find a new LensCrafters

The staff here are friendly and they assist you so well. My eye exam went quick, and the Dr answered any questions I had. Sharifa assisted me with my glasses, and listened to what I wanted. She gave me all the options, but didn't make me feel pressured at any time. I had a very nice experience here.

Went over the weekend to get glasses, and Ms. Kay was incredibly helpful. She gave us plenty of options and great recommendations before we chose the perfect pair. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Exceptional Service at LensCrafters Sunridge! I had the pleasure of visiting the Sunridge location in Calgary today and was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service. Sharifa provided exceptional assistance, taking a significant amount of time to help me find specific lenses that are very new to the market. She went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. I also want to thank Rabia and Bilqess for their help in assisting Sharifa. My family and I are very happy with the experience and have decided to make LensCrafters our go-to for all our future eyewear needs. Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
