I came to LensCrafters last Friday for an eye checkup, and the doctor and staff were already so welcoming and gentle.
Today, I came back just to ask if they repair eyeglasses. I asked a lovely lady named Stacey, and instead of simply telling me whether they did, she kindly offered to fix them for free!
I gave her both my eyeglasses and sunglasses because the screws were missing and the frames had come apart. I was honestly stunned that she was willing to help without charging me anything.
Stacey was so kind, friendly, and accommodating. I could tell she was busy and already working on something else, but she still stopped what she was doing and took the time to help me.
It may seem like a small thing, but kindness like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Stacey, for your generosity and for making my day! ❤️

I visited LensCrafters at Sunridge Mall yesterday for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When I arrived, I lined up at the front and was told by the lady staff member to wait. When she came back, I mentioned that I had an eye exam appointment, and she told me that I was supposed to go inside. Since this was my first time at this location, I had no way of knowing that. I also felt embarrassed because there was a line of customers behind me, and the way I was told made me feel like I should have already known where to go. I wish she had simply asked me when I first arrived what I was there for.
After my eye exam, I went to the front because I was planning to purchase glasses. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me seemed unhappy to help me. I asked several questions but didn't really get the answers I was looking for, and some of the responses came across as rude and dismissive. I understand that it was getting close to closing time, but I was there because of a scheduled appointment and was genuinely planning to purchase glasses.
In the end, I felt uncomfortable enough that I decided not to buy anything and just left the store. The customer service at the front made my first experience at this location disappointing.

Kay was absolutely amazing! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’m incredibly indecisive, and she patiently coached me through finding the best pair of glasses for me. It was clear that she genuinely wants everyone to love what they choose, rather than just making a sale.
The selection is huge, and they have great deals and really reasonable prices. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend Kay and the team!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your store. The team member who assisted me (it was a guy i forgot his name) during my inquiry was exceptionally knowledgeable about your products and remarkably helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and guided me through the options with impressive expertise. Exceptional service like this makes a huge difference, and I will definitely be recommending your store to others!

I visited the LensCrafters at Sunridge today looking for work safety glasses. Initially, I was greeted warmly and the experience started off well. However, once I mentioned that I was specifically looking for safety glasses, the customer service changed noticeably.
I was simply shown that they had a few different options, but there was very little effort to explain the differences, answer my questions, or help me choose the right pair for my needs. I felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own.
The overall experience was disappointing and felt like the complete opposite of how the interaction started. I expected more guidance and customer service, especially when I was asking for a specific type of eyewear.
I hope the store can improve the consistency of its customer service and make sure every customer feels valued and properly assisted, regardless of what product they are looking for.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
