It was clear that they have years of experience, and they immediately made me feel at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, even taking the time to explain things again until I fully understood. The office also had very advanced equipment, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was receiving a thorough and up-to-date eye exam. The experience continued to be just as positive when we went to choose glasses. The sales associate was so kind, patient, and understanding. We explained upfront that we didn't have money to spend and would be purchasing our glasses using our benefits only. Instead of making us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed, she simply guided us toward the options that would work within our benefits. I really appreciated how respectfully and naturally she handled it. She also took the time to help us choose frames based on our favourite shapes and what complemented our skin tone. She offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and we ended up feeling really happy with our choices. Everyone made us feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. From the eye exam to picking out our glasses, it was a great experience. We are very happy with our glasses and would absolutely recommend this LensCrafters location!

I ended up going to Costco to buy my glasses. However when we went back to the store Aaron helped my wife, Aaron was very helpful and took the time to submit her the bills directly to our insurance without us having to pay at front.
