My experience working with Dr. Diane was the best experience I have ever had. I finally found a Dr. who understood what I was experiencing. Often the sound is too sharp, I like it rounder and since I am a power user the sound was always pounding into me so she softened that without sacrificing my need to have complete control of the volume . Dr. Diane was able to recommend and provide me with a new set of aides that fit my personal and work life. I can enjoy every part of my life now with these new aides. I would highly recommend Dr. Diane for all your hearing needs.
