  Jessica has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout my hearing journey. She took the time to carefully explain everything to me and always made me feel comfortable, respected, and understood. As a hard of hearing person, her patience, compassion, and genuine care meant so much to me and my family. She helped me through the entire AADL process, followed up regularly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I received the support I needed. After 37 years, I was finally able to truly experience the joy of hearing, and it was an emotional and life-changing moment for me. My new hearing aids have greatly improved my quality of life, and I am deeply grateful for all of Jessica’s help, kindness, and generosity. Thank you, Jessica, for your outstanding care and support.   I visited Bow River Hearing (Bowness) a week ago at the recommendation of my Doctor regarding a case of tinnitus, and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service at this clinic. I met with David and he provided such a wealth of information regarding tinnitus. I left feeling reassured that this is something that is curable, and will eventually go away. Although my case is very mild, I also opted to get a hearing evaluation done and was glad I did. My hearing is still relatively good, but David provided excellent recommendations -- based on the test results -- on how I can preserve my hearing as I get older. He gave me lots of tips for preventative maintenance, which were very insightful. I am still relatively young (under 40), but I would recommend anyone to get a hearing evaluation done, regardless of age, to know how to preserve your hearing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends & family. David was pleasure to deal with, and also the receptionist, Jessica. Both were very easy to communicate with.

  Very kind and welcoming staff. Prabh especially was very generous and helpful. She was able to translate everything in Punjabi for my grandpa leaving him very satisfied with the service provided.
