- PRPeyman RastegarMay 8, 20265.0Jessica has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout my hearing journey. She took the time to carefully explain everything to me and always made me feel comfortable, respected, and understood. As a hard of hearing person, her patience, compassion, and genuine care meant so much to me and my family. She helped me through the entire AADL process, followed up regularly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I received the support I needed. After 37 years, I was finally able to truly experience the joy of hearing, and it was an emotional and life-changing moment for me. My new hearing aids have greatly improved my quality of life, and I am deeply grateful for all of Jessica’s help, kindness, and generosity. Thank you, Jessica, for your outstanding care and support. Highly recommended.
- BBBruce BembridgeNov 22, 20195.0Sarah Grund did most excellent work with me this week. An upgrade to my lates pair of "magic ears". Sarah, Alison & Heather are keeping up a wonderful tradition ... almost 2 decades, for me, when David's Mom was tuning in my ears. Keep up the good work, eh ... Bruce
- RRRoryDec 13, 20175.0My wife was selected for a complimentary hearing aid by the team at the Bowness location. The service and people are amazing, they were very thorough and spent as much time as needed to answer all of our questions. So far the hearing aid has helped immensely for both my wife and myself, it's nice to not be repeating myself all day, and my wife loves being able to hear from both sides. Overall a Fantastic experience.
