  My experience at Connect Hearing has been fabulous! They were not the first company that I investigated. The first company, I found to be more sales oriented - almost pushy. I have purchased two hearing aids from Connect Hearing over about 6 years. My most recent purchase - only a few months ago - resulted because there were significant technological advances that would benefit my unique concerns. At that time, I was delighted to discover that Connect Hearing was proactive to have a promotion for repeat customers. As someone who is semi-retired and on a relatively fixed income, such a perk is very appreciated. Without a doubt I am a contented customer. At the clinic that I patronize my main contact is a doctor of audiology. She is kind, understanding, extremely knowledgeable and deals with all of my unique needs. I am a musician/singer so the demands that I have are more complicated. The staff at the clinic are also a great team and all of them rave about Dr. D'Souza. Her commitment to Connect Hearing, clients and staff is amazing. I would travel across the city to continue to have her as my Connect Hearing representative. Deciding to wear hearing aids is a big step. However, the quality of life that you achieve by taking this step is phenomenal. Most people wait too long and then the transitions are more difficult than they need be. No one places a stigma on those who wear glasses; the same should be true to those who choose to hear the world as they once did with the aid of hearing aids.

  I have been very happy with all aspects of getting my new hearing aids (Phonak Audeo Paradise). It was the first time after the initial fitting that I could hear so well I almost didn’t need a follow up for tweaking. I still went for a follow up just to make them even more perfect. I initially bought the Phonak Audeo Marvel aids and during my trial period the Paradise aids came out and Connect Hearing was great, switching me over to the Paradise aids so I could compare them to be sure I felt the extra features were worth the upgrade. During my trial I had an issue with the Marvel’s, Connect Hearing handled it by very quickly changing out the speaker in house so I could be off to my daughter’s wedding to be sure I didn’t miss hearing a thing. I am very happy and would recommend Connect Hearing and either Phonak Marvel or Phonak Paradise hearing aids. I love, love , LOVE the rechargeable function over batteries. The tap control is pretty cool too, and I definitely noticed a difference with the motion sensors in the Paradise aids.
