  I'm from the United States. In my travels, my Phonak hearing aid charger broke off from the cord connection. I was referred to Connect Hearing at Westbrook Mall. When I called them, they said that they thought they could help me, and to come to their store. When I arrived, the office personnel easily removed the broken piece from my charger. All I really needed was a matching cord. The hearing specialist was also there shortly to offer her advice. The office personnel found a matching cord. I was so happy and offered to pay. She said it was free. I was so grateful for their help and relieved that I was able to use my hearing aids again. I am very thankful to the personnel at Connect Hearing. Thank you!

  My experience with Connect Hearing was excellent from start to finish. Fortunately a family member told me about Alberta Aids to Daily Living, so I filled in the forms and received funding for up to $2,500. I then made my second appointment with Connect Hearing, the first had been a few years prior, but I couldn't afford their product then. My parents received exceptional service with them for years, so I chose them for myself. The test results were the same as before, which built trust. I asked C.H. to submit my invoice to AATDL, which they did so I got the basic level of hearing aids and I am experiencing much better conversation, television enjoyment, and overall socialization with my family, friends, & neighbours. I am thrilled with the whole experience and I am grateful for the increased quality of life I am experiencing, thanks to having increased quality of hearing.

  We had an excellent experience with Audiologist, Breanne Gilmore. If you are interested in getting a hearing test, and/or exploring the benefits of hearing aids, I encourage you to make an appointment at this practice. Brianne is a thoughtful, well-informed professional with whom to have this conversation. I accompanied my family member who is in her late 80s Breanne treated her with care & respect.
