  I love Pilates so much. All the instructors are amazing. I am recovering from a knee injury. I told the last instructor that I had and she helped with modifications without me asking. So amazing. Happy to be back

  Instructors are useless, don’t offer much of any tips or help and membership is astronomically overpriced. Will be telling my friends to avoid this joke.

  Club Pilates (Royal Oak) is phenomenal. They are SO woman-friendly but men are welcome to attend classes too. They are so very caring, encouraging and fully committed to supporting the health and well-being of clients! Today I had a Centering & balance class with Meghan and her guidance was so effective and tailored to each participants needs, offering adaptations. I cannot recommend Club Pilates highly enough!

  Love the space and the instructors. Everyone is welcome and the classes are top notch. If you are a beginner they aid you a lot with getting started. Highly recommended!

  The instructors and staff at Pilates Royal Oak are exceptional in their interactions with clients. They are focused on a positive and inclusive approach to each clients personal needs. Not easily accomplished in a group setting but achievable because of the highly experienced and well trained, instructors.
