For the tests and exams not conducted directly by the doctor, such as the ocular pressure test, the staff member made sure all equipment was properly cleaned and explained each step of the process in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Dr. Rhemtulla is amazing — friendly, patient, and professional. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and whenever I asked questions, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I truly felt like he was speaking with me, not down to me. I left my appointment feeling heard, respected, and much more knowledgeable. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Dr. Rhemtulla to anyone looking for a great optometrist.
