  Home Instead was truly an exceptional service. They accommodated me quickly and came back to me with information about my mums needs and care. Going the extra mile and staying with her when she was taken to hospital urgently. The girls took extra care and even visited my mum while in hospital. They varied their schedules to assist .My mum was deteriorating very quickly and they responded professionally to her needs. Kevin and Simone take their job very seriously and really do aim to please. I would highly recommend their service, especially for anyone who is in need of seniors care be it short or long term. They are very accommodating when things changed suddenly. I really want to thank them for getting me out of a pickle

  The company itself was such a pleasure to work with from our first call. They are understanding, respectful, friendly and professional. My parents moved from their large family home to an apartment about 18 months ago. My Mom has had dementia now over 4 years. We needed these care workers to provide personal care and stimulation for my mom. By doing this, it gave some freedom for my Dad and lessened his stress level. And then I could just be their daughter. The lovely ladies that attended to my mom and dad were beyond our expectations. They provide unbelievable care and treated my mom and dad as family members. Our whole family is totally grateful for them. They provided mom and dad for the opportunity to stay together for a year longer in their own home than we ever thought could happen. As we move their care now into a Care facility, we know they will never be treated as well as they were in the hands of Home Instead. I understand that cost might be an issue for some but they are worth their weight in gold.

  I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Home Instead White Rock. Kevin and Trina went above and beyond helping our mother stay safe at home for as long as possible and were a great comfort as we transitioned mom into long term care.

  We have been using Home Instead White rock for four years and the level of care and service is outstanding. Kevin has been unbelievably cooperative and understanding in meeting our needs and Margo and Lorna have supplied excellent care to Karla's father. I highly recommend this company if you want the best of care for your loved ones.
