Excellent experience at the Park Royal Lens Crafters. Dr. Ali was thorough, professional and explained everything that he was doing during my eye exam. He staff we also very patient and one in helping me choose my eyeglasses and frames. Would highly recommend it here!

I brought my 2 young kids in for the first time. Dr. Ali was running late, and we didn’t mind waiting. Displaying an uninterested/unwelcoming look on his face, he mumbles out my kids’ names. I corrected his mispronunciation in attempt to educate him and confirm he was referring to us. To which he replied with a, “whatever” (and walked into his examination room). He lacked empathy, and was not informative at all. I felt like I needed to pry information out of him. Very immature. Not professional at all. I won’t be wasting my time there.

I've been buying my glasses exclusively from LensCrafters for many years. Recently I discovered that a pair of glasses that I bought several years ago from LensCrafters had a problem. I raised my concern with LensCrafters and in short order LensCrafters rectified the problem. The service provided will keep me coming back to LensCrafters when I need new glasses - thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
