Displaying an uninterested/unwelcoming look on his face, he mumbles out my kids’ names. I corrected his mispronunciation in attempt to educate him and confirm he was referring to us. To which he replied with a, “whatever” (and walked into his examination room). He lacked empathy, and was not informative at all. I felt like I needed to pry information out of him. Very immature. Not professional at all. I won’t be wasting my time there.
