  I had a very positive experience with Specsavers Park Royal. I needed to replace a broken set of glasses and the Optical sales consultant, Amir, went above and beyond to help me find a suitable pair of replacement frames, and to make the process as quick, efficient and affordable as possible. I would warmly recommend Specsavers for anything eyewear related.

  After being upsold by LensCrafters Park Royal, I went to Specsavers to check it out. Shahriar was very professional in his approach. He took his time to explain and gave recommendations to what type of glasses I might be interested. A detailed breakdown of the costs was given. Shahriar did not rush me into making a decision. I came back the next day and proceed with the purchase. Whilst processing, the price of one of the glasses was higher than quoted or shown on the sample. Without any hesitation Shahriar adjusted the price accordingly. I was totally impressed by his actions and felt that this is the kind of store that one would like to go too. The glasses were ready for collection earlier and the person who attended to me was good too. He made the necessary adjustments and informed me I can come back anytime for any adjustments should I need them. After a few days of wearing, one of the glasses needed an adjustment, Shahriar did it willingly. I also noticed on that day that Shahriar provided the same professionalism to another customer - no hard selling but very passionate in his approach. I would highly recommend Shahriar to anyone who needs to replace his/her glasses and look for him at this Park Royal store.

  I’ve been to other Specsavers locations and have never experienced anything like this. We walked into the Park Royal location and were not greeted at all. We spent several minutes walking around the store, looking at frames, and clearly waiting for assistance. During this time, multiple staff members were sitting on chairs in the middle of the store on their phones. What made this especially frustrating was that there was clear eye contact made with staff more than once, yet no one acknowledged us, said hello, or even indicated they would help shortly. It genuinely felt like we were invisible. This wasn’t a busy moment at all or a staffing issue; it was simply a lack of care. The complete absence of basic customer service was shocking, especially for a brand like Specsavers. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest management take a serious look at staff training and in store professionalism.

  Two thumbs up for employee Amir: Last winter I bought a couple of pairs of glasses at a Specsavers on Kingsway. I wear one pair a lot and gradually its fit deteriorated in comfort. I was at the Park Royal location and wanted to see if they could do anything about it (it is not an easily adjustable eyeglass frame). Amir greeted me in the store and asked me what he could help me with. He then quickly diagnosed the issue with the frames and made some alterations. Which work really well! Fantastic service and a really pleasant guy he is - top marks for sure.

  I had a great experience at this Specsavers location. Dr. Darren Singh was extremely thorough, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my prescription and options without rushing me. I really appreciated how he walked me through progressive lenses and multifocal contact lenses and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan. The staff were equally excellent — friendly, professional, and very organized. From the eye exam to ordering trial contact lenses, everything was smooth and well handled. You can tell this is a well-run clinic that genuinely cares about patient comfort and understanding. Highly recommend Dr. Singh and the entire team.
