  Did oocyte cryopreservation here 5 years ago when they were still victoria fertility clinic. After the buyout by PCRM they did not honour the annual cryopreservation fees I was quoted. Annual fees have increased by 500% already, and continue to increase every year. It feels like extortion.

  I started with PCRM in Feb 2021. I expected a much longer wait time, especially during Covid, but all the wait times were explained to me, and were accurate. Dr Dayan has since moved on, but she was a wonderful doctor to be in charge of my case, and helped me emotionally through many cancelled IUIs (due to me ovulating on my blocked tube side). Larissa performed both of my actual IUIs and has been such a breath of fresh air from 2021-2025. We ultimately chose to pursue IVF and had successful births in 2022, 2024, and expecting again in 2026. Dr Roberts has been in charge of my FET protocols, very straight forward, and I have no complaints other than the wait for a consult for FET after giving birth was 8 weeks for a very quick phone call to ask when my last cycle was, and to tell me to do another SHG. I get it, clinics are busy, but the re-referral consult is so quick, I wish it could have been less of a wait to get the ball rolling to use my embryos that are already waiting for me in Burnaby. All in all, we transfered 5 embryos one at a time, two of which failed to implant, so these are fairly good odds for untested embryos. Also, some reviews say the wait for a phone call or email back took too long - the portal is a very valuable tool. I have always been responded to in the Prelude portal before end of day for non urgent matters, and within the hour for more time sensitive questions.

  From the start, we didn't feel right here. They really tried to rush us to a decision (the biggest payout for them) when we wanted to look at every avenue. Told my partner there was no point as "he was the issue". Also, why aren't consult calls via video? Just over the phone is so impersonal. They didn't want to answer our questions but wanted all the info from us. My ultrasound was so uncomfortable and the doctor's bedside manner was awful. Will not be continuing with them. Do not recommend.
