  If you are going to arbitrarily close early due to staffing issues, you could at least advertise that fact on the many digital media platforms that exist. Merely taping a "temporary hours" notice to a closed pharmacy counter is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  I frequent save on almost daily but have never used their Pharmacy. As of this morning I will be taking my business elsewhere for both groceries and of course my pharmaceutical needs. Just days after Bell Let’s Talk, in the midst of seeking help for physical and mental health I am met with judgement and a condescending attitude, never getting the chance to explain my situation. I have had many great experiences at this location, but this one interaction has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth, and I am choosing to never have to experience anything like that ever again .

  This Safeway was so dirty I couldn't believe it! The seating area where my friend and I go every Tuesday to eat our deli and bakery goodies was filthy as usual. Garbage on the ripped bench seats, every table AND chairs were so full of hardened crusty foods that I actually had to ask for a spray bottle and cloth to wipe them down. NOT ONE TILL had a bottle with cleaning spray in it, I got handed a dirty window cleaning spray bottle with 1/4 an inch of window cleaner in it and some paper towel. It was not a busy time of day and there were a few staff members who were just making themselves look busy waiting for customers at their tills and chit chatting with one another who could have easily and in only a minute wipe down the tables and seats of the chairs. Instead one lady actually watched me (I'm 8 months pregnant) try and scrub the grime from the table and seat just to sit down. I would like to continue to have my lunch date and do my grocery shopping after our appointment on Tuesday but I think the Starbucks down stairs will be a much more costumer friendly environment to sit in instead.
