- MMMJ Ma1 day ago3.0This place has been recommended by many of my trusted friends. I absolutely enjoyed the classes, the staff members are friendly and instructors are amazing. However recently I had a very disappointing experience trying to resolve a billing/account issue with the . When I called to ask for clarification, the General Manager Nadine was dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. At one point she told me I was “rude and inconsiderate” and that I “spoke like a child,” which I found inappropriate and unprofessional in a customer service context. What also concerned me is that I was later told the call had been recorded, but I was not informed of this at the start of the conversation. As a customer discussing personal account information, I expect transparency and basic respect. I’m not writing this out of spite — I genuinely hope management reviews how member concerns and privacy are handled, because the classes themselves are good, but this interaction left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable

The space seems too small for the number of people who sign up. On top of that, the three-month mandatory commitment feels unfair, especially since many people may not continue once they realize how difficult it is to secure a spot.
