She looked after us all the way from introducing herself on the floor, leaving us to choose on our own but also pointing out why one pair we had chosen may not have been the best choice. We took her advice and changed frames. She is a great sales person, not at all pushy, allowing us to make the decisions. We hope her manager appreciates her as much as we do.

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
