- JJJosephDec 13, 20255.0I f you go to this location ask for Riya. Specsavers is lucky to have her. I have needed glasses for about ten years now. Unfortunately I have a wide face and cannot find frames that fit. Usually what happens when I go into a store. Is they have me try on multiple frames that never fit. I have ended up buying the the only frame that comes close. They never are a proper fit or style that I like. Including the pair I bought last year from their Courtenay location. Riya was honest with me and explained I am unlikely to find a pair that fit. She took the time to explain how glasses frames are measured. She wrote down the three measurements for a frame that may fit me. And that if I look online I may have more success. She also explained that they don't generally put prescriptions into frames not from their store. But she would be happy to ask her manager if I need it done. It was a great customer service experience.
