Had no record on file of my name or company name/number that I work for that uses their business annually to buy our hearing protection from. (Even though I’ve made purchases at this store last year) needed a new string as the one they have broke after a few months. My coworker just replaced his not long ago from this exact store. The woman at the front desk offered no help, no advice just combative and rude. If your are looking for friendly customer service you won’t find it here. Lady was actually yelling at me when I was leaving while I was talking on the phone to my coworker to sort this out.
