- AIA IJan 20, 20265.0I had an accident which caused temporary hearing loss. I tried to book wirh other places in town and none of them would accommodate a time sensitive situation. The call board at connect hearing worked together to book me in asap, and were very helpful. Margret in Oak Bay did my test and was very kind and helpful. I would reccomened Connect Hearing to anyone who needs a hearing test or has somwthing urgent in regards to loss of sudden loss of hearing. Thank you!

Her explanation of the results was very helpful, as was the extra testing at 50dB (normal conversational level) as well as the standard 65dB. I am a retired professor of mechanical engineering and have taught acoustic measurement theory to many third year student classes. I was very impressed with the scope and thoroughness of the test.
