Mckayla,was very good at explaining the breakdown of the 60% off promotion so I felt comfortable with moving ahead with my selection and purchase . Another girl working at the time (I didn’t get her name) was also very helpful with helping me finalize my decision on frames by providing her opinion about the size of one pair and the colour of the other. And she showed me an option that was very similar but worked better for me than my choice. Again McKayla was very knowledgeable with explaining the pros and cons of the reaction lenses which ultimately led me to believe that I wouldn’t be satisfied with them even though I was sure that I wanted them when I came in. She was equally helpful with explaining the difference in progressive lens choices. Lastly she was very proficient with processing the insurance claims and informing me about the time frame and notification process of my glasses delivery.
