I recently bought new glasses and sunglasses at SpecSavers in Village Gree Mall, Vernon. The 3 different staff members I dealt with did very well! I believe they were well trained. Unfortunately, one lens on my new glasses wasn't quite right ... I wear progressive lenses ... They were very open to taking a look. We did a thorough re-measure of eye height, width, etc and sent the glasses back to have new lens put in. Now, both pair of glasses are well-fitted and have been comfortable from the start.
