When I walked in, Kevin offered help right away, but in a very relaxed and non-pushy way, which I really appreciated compared to some other eyewear stores I’ve visited. The team was attentive while still giving me space to look around comfortably. I ended up purchasing two pairs since the promotion was better than I expected, and Kevin was kind enough to offer an additional discount as well. While I was waiting for my glasses to be ready the week after, the store began renovations. Kevin went above and beyond by reaching out to me and personally delivering my glasses to my workplace. Thank you, Kevin, for the exceptional customer service, it truly made the whole experience stand out. I highly recommend this location. You’ll be well taken care of!

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
