  I had an excellent experience at Specsavers, thanks to Lahiru’s outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help my wife and me choose two pairs of sunglasses, making the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Lahiru was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to our preferences. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, helped us find styles that suited us perfectly, and ensured everything was fitted comfortably. His friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out. We truly appreciate the effort he put in and would highly recommend asking for Lahiru if you visit Specsavers at Kingsgate Mall.   Awesome place. Best eye exam I've had in a long time. Found out I'm not near sited after all. They don't sell you glasses you don't need.

  I had a great experience with Lahiru at Specserver. He was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose both a great pair of specs and stylish sunglasses that suited me perfectly. His recommendations were spot on, and I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. I also got a great 50% deal, which made the experience even better! The other Specserver team members were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for great service!

  No complaints. Great glasses, great service, and I had my glasses in 6 days. I'd been doing Zenni past several years because I couldn't find an in person glasses store I liked. But I saw some frames here I liked and figured why not take a chance. I'm so glad I did!!! I can finally see properly. The care and attention is top notch. I'm so happy I can see properly again.

  Great staff and lots of great frames to choose from. I had a hard time choosing new frames and went back 3 times to try on different frames before ordering my favorite pair. The staff were patient and gave me tips to help narrow down what would be the best frames for my face shape, personal style, longevity of the frames. I also got a very light brown tint added to my prescription lenses to help with light sensitivity and it helps takes the edge off when there's bright lights. They have darker tints as well, just be sure to hold them up behind the frames when you're trying them on in the mirror so that you don't order anything too dark. The frames I ordered were a really good price (I ordered a pair designed by Millie Bobby Brown). A staff member suggested choosing a pair with sturdy acrylic arms that have a metal bar running through them to ensure the frames last longer. I also saw the optometrist here and she was thorough. She explained to me how one of the medical conditions I have can affect the eyes and did an exam with the pupil-expanding drops to make sure everything was healthy.
