  I walked into the shop and it was clear everyone was busy, which I understand. I said hello to one gentleman, but he walked past without acknowledging me. I know busy moments happen, but a simple greeting can make a difference. The overall experience felt a bit unwelcoming. I’d likely try another shop next time. وارد مغازه شدم و مشخص بود همه مشغول هستند، که قابل درک است. به یکی از آقایان سلام کردم، اما بدون پاسخ از کنارم عبور کرد. می‌دانم که گاهی سر همه شلوغ می‌شود، اما یک سلام ساده می‌تواند تأثیر زیادی داشته باشد. در کل، فضا کمی غیرصمیمی به نظر می‌رسید. احتمالاً دفعه بعد مغازه دیگری را انتخاب می‌کنم. 我走进这家店，能看出大家都很忙，这一点可以理解。我向一位先生打了招呼，但他没有回应，直接从我身边走过去。 我理解有时候会很忙，但简单的一句问候会让人感觉更好。整体体验稍微有些不够友好。

  I had great experiences with the doctors here! I have been seeing Dr. Maryam Nayeri for my contact lenses fitting a couple of times now. She takes her time to listen to my concerns patiently, and checks my eyes thoroughly. She is kind, patient and sweet. I also have irregular eye conditions, as my contact lenses move around often, making my vision blurry. She doesn’t try to rush me, and patiently taught me tips and tricks on how to adjust the fitting. Sometimes even in between patients, she would try to make time to address my concerns. Dr. Nader also helped with my eye conditions and contact lenses fitting. The clinic is clean, and also mostly on time, which I really appreciate amidst busy schedules! Overall, I’m very happy with the kind of care the doctors here have for their patients. They truly want the best vision for their patients. I would definitely come back to this clinic for my yearly eye exam and contact lenses fitting.

  It was my first time ever for eye exam and buying prescription glasses 🤓 the process went smooth amazing team here reception team was very helpful they helped me pick the right frame instead of showing the expensive ones Dr. Kevin was very professional and helpful absolute recommendation if it is your first time too thank you team Clearly

  Absolute nightmare. Do NOT trust their "estimated" dates. 😡😡😡 Never believe anything Clearly tells you. My order was placed in late December with a mid-January delivery date. It took nearly THREE MONTHS to ship. I contacted customer service more than three times, and every single time they lied, saying it would ship in "one or two days." Because of their extreme negligence and delays, I missed my 2025 HCSA insurance deadline and lost over $450 in benefits. They don’t care about your time or your money. If you have a deadline for insurance or actually need your contacts to see, STAY AWAY.

  Great for eye checkups, very frustrating retail service. I had my eye checkups done 3 weeks ago and ordered my a new prescription glasses. They said it would take 2 weeks and they will send me a text message. More than 2 weeks after, i tried calling the customer service multiple times for days and no one is answering. Finally, I was able to get a hold of the customer service. Once I asked for an update for my prescription glasses, They said it got lost by the courier!!! Why was I not informed of this? so if I have not called (which is very hard btw) or weren't able to reach them and ask for an update then I might have waited forever before they figure out my glasses got lost by the courier? They said next step would be to wait a week after for a new replacement and they will send me a text message again. By all means, do your checkups here. But i would not recommend getting your glasses here.
