The customer service is always amazing regardless of what staff member is assisting you. I just popped in to have my lenses replaced as my prescription changed. Sylvie recognized me and greeted me when I entered the store. Sylvie was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All their frames are exceptional quality. Paid $75 to have my lenses replaced (readers) AND was able to keep my old glasses as a spare! I can’t recommend Warby Parker enough if you are looking for a new pair of glasses! Pop into their retail store on 4th Avenue - you won’t be disappointed :)
