  The pharmacy staff is usually unpleasant and snappy. God forbid you have to ask a question, or you didn't hear something and they have to repeat it.

  My wife and I switched to Save On Pharmacy just a few years ago. Living in the neighborhood for over 30 yrs now our biggest regret was not switching earlier. Staff have always been friendly and professional. Always giving good advice and helping out when they can. Recently retired the transition of the medical plan was flawless. Thanks for the great work!

  The pharmacist Charlene went above and beyond to help me. I forgot to bring my prescribed antibiotic for a minor medical procedure when we came to the Coast from our home in Osoyoos. I didn’t realize my mistake until nearly 6:00 pm when the pharmacy closed. Charlene stopped what she was doing and made up an emergency prescription for me. This took time away from her closing responsibilities and time with her family. I am so grateful for her genorosity.

  Came in to drop off needles for insulin needles used for a cat. Pharmacist answered my question by saying sharps bin was only for injection that they provide. However, Pharmacist was rude. Communication skills need work. She wouldn’t last 5 seconds working for me or anyone of repute
