Staff have always been friendly and professional. Always giving good advice and helping out when they can. Recently retired the transition of the medical plan was flawless. Thanks for the great work!

I forgot to bring my prescribed antibiotic for a minor medical procedure when we came to the Coast from our home in Osoyoos. I didn’t realize my mistake until nearly 6:00 pm when the pharmacy closed. Charlene stopped what she was doing and made up an emergency prescription for me. This took time away from her closing responsibilities and time with her family. I am so grateful for her genorosity.
