  My wife loves her Oliver Peoples glasses and recommended that I have a look at the brand as well. I was having difficulties with my glasses recently purchased elsewhere. Sonali had a look and tried to repair, then decided to send them off to their technician to fix properly. I was so impressed by the level of service that I purchased a pair of Oliver Peoples on the spot. Great service needs to be commended! Thank you, Sonali! CB

  I first walked into the store out of curiosity several years ago and was immediately greeted by Sonali, the manager who despite me being a terrible buyer was incredibly helpful the entire time. She has extensive knowledge not only about the brand itself but the entire market, being well educated on basically every relevant area when it comes to eyewear (and is also very patient!) I just recently purchased a pair of glasses from her (about two months before the posting of this review) and i must say she goes all out with the customer experience. My prescription is quite high so she walked me through picking frames that not only look good on me but also worked for my purposes, taking measurements, and also suggesting I get transition lenses given Blue Light is not an option at my level. The glasses took about a week and a half to arrive and they look phenomenal despite being about as thick as the bottom of a Coke bottle. She adjusted the arms, nose pad, and even shaped them to my face so they sit at the ideal position all the time. The best part? She helped me all over again once I got an updated prescription since the first one was wrong (an issue once again related to my blindness, it had nothing to do with the quality of the product), and was covered by my warranty! Overall, my experience at Oliver People’s here in Vancouver has been outstanding. The location is convenient, the product selection is great, and the customer service is outstanding thanks to Sonali. Highly recommended if you are in the market for some premium eyewear and value good craftsmanship and customer experience above all.

  I was helped by Linda for a quick glasses repair and she was so wonderful and helpful. We still have a few more days in Vancouver and I'm so thankful for her quick and courteous assistance.

  Gorgeous store, this one staff member who is super decisive and really helped me figure out what I wanted and what style looked best on me which was super nice!

  Soo impressed with my experience with Josh. Not only was he patient, he made great suggestions and taught me so much about lenses. He definitely knows what he's talking about! I will be recommending Josh to everyone and buying all my future glasses from him.
