Overall, it was an amazing experience! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jasvir, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I originally came in looking for a pair of Prada frames, but found they were a bit too large once I tried them on. Jasvir took the time to help me explore several other options, and we ultimately found the perfect pair from Jimmy Choo.
I truly appreciated her patience and expertise, and I’m looking forward to wearing my new frames!

First time buying new frames in-store since a while, I worked with Miss Jasvir and she was phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable both in eyeglasses and eye/vision physiology, as well as personable and helped me pick out a new style of frame that I haven't tried before. Will definitely come back to her the next time I am in need of glasses

I had my first experience at LensCrafters recently, and Erik truly made it exceptional. From the start, he took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for and asked thoughtful questions to understand both my style and practical needs. His recommendations were spot on ,in fact, it was genuinely hard to choose because every option he suggested suited me so well.
What stood out most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. He walked me through the differences between frames and lenses without ever making the process feel rushed or overwhelming. I left feeling confident that I had the best pair for me, not just something that looked good in the moment.
Outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you, Erik, for making what can sometimes feel like a stressful decision such a positive and memorable experience.

This was an ideal experience. It was quick, seamless, and friendly, and I never felt "pushed" by the service or that "they didn't have time for me," even when there were other customers in the store.
I went to this LensCrafters location to get my glasses fixed (one of lenses fell out). Went around noon, and was immediately welcomed by a staff member. After a quick look at the glasses, the staff said they would need about an hour to figure out the extent of the repair needed. The whole interaction was very smooth and quick.
45 minutes later, they called, saying my glasses were fixed and ready for pickup - what a surprise! I returned, and (once again) welcomed immediately, this time by a different staff member. They returned my glasses, and even gave them an extra clean. The staff member from earlier also popped by, explaining the fixes. Once again, the whole experience was quick, friendly, and smooth. Thanks for the fix and great customer service :)
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
