The customer service provided by Jas and Sarah was exceptional. They are both very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and their expertise is unmatched. I highly recommend going to this location if you’re looking to buy quality eyewear at a very reasonable price, you will get the answers you need and honest, professional service without any hassles or pressure!

Very bad service, without any response to customer, no any message to inform customer for the item that has already been made and come for taking.

Thank you Lens Crafters Kerrisdale! You knocked it out of the park today. I brought my elderly parents in today both for adjustments to their glasses. From the moment we were helped into the store, offered seats and all of the interactions with the staff, you all went above and beyond to help. My parents were helped with care, respect and understanding by everyone we interacted with.It is the little things that make all of us feel appreciated and heard and you really nailed it. Truly exceptional service! Thank you.

This was my first visit to this LensCrafters location and I am very pleased to pick this location for my eye exam and glasses. Staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. Tushar was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs, guiding me through different styles and providing valuable insights into which frames would suit my face shape and lifestyle. His patience and expertise made the selection process enjoyable and stress-free. Dr. Dosanjh was great, very thorough & I felt assured I was receiving excellent care & attention.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
