  Kim was amazing in providing a referral to a Home Instead location in Ontario for my family. Their service was very prompt and they had very caring providers. Definitely call Home Instead!

  Making a parent realize that they need senior home care is so difficult. The team at Home Instead Vancouver went above and beyond to make sure we got the in-home support that we needed. Their caregivers provided so much helpful information and are truly compassionate. I so appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend them for anyone seeking elderly care.

  Really excellent service, very responsive and ready to meet our own unique needs. I called on a Wednesday morning and the care manger met us in our home that afternoon and we were able to start service on Friday. Super quick. They listened, were able to work with our schedule and send the same 2 carers to work with us. The carers are willing, kind and very pleasant to be with. Highly recommend this provider.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Home Instead and they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I made contact with Kim, it was clear they have a genuine concern and compassion for my mother's well-being. Kim provided exceptional advice. The level of attention and detail given for my mother's care plan was unparalleled, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the peace of mind provided for both my mother and our family.
