  I had a wonderful experience at the Robson Street location and would like to thank three amazing professionals: Dr. Kaviani, Niloufar, and Maryam. Dr. Kaviani spent close to an hour with me to fully understand my needs. Since the clinic was not very busy at the time, he kindly used the opportunity to spend extra time reviewing my specific situation and making sure all my concerns were properly addressed. My family has been visiting Dr. Kaviani for annual eye exams for years, and he has always been extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable eye doctor. Niloufar, the sales specialist, was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly. The store was scheduled to close at 7 PM, and I was still unsure about choosing the right eyeglass frame and lenses. She patiently helped me review different options and guided me through the selection process. Even after closing time, she reassured me not to worry and encouraged me to take my time to make the right decision. At one point I suggested coming back the next day, but she kindly mentioned that I might lose the $20 promotion and said she wanted to help save my time. Her dedication to customer service was truly outstanding. At the same time, Maryam, Niloufar’s manager, was also very welcoming and supportive. She helped with part of the insurance process so everything could move faster and more smoothly, allowing us to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the visit. My family spends around $1,000 per year at this store, and I always recommend the Robson Street location to friends and family. A sincere thank you to Dr. Kaviani, Niloufar, and Maryam for your exceptional customer care. Your professionalism and dedication truly deserve recognition within your company.

  Went to pick up my glasses and Iraj was a great help. Didn’t like my first experience when I came in to get my eyes checked and they told me they double booked me and made me wait, but picking up my glasses was really easy and Iraj was really nice and friendly.

  I had a great experience with Iraj at Clearly on Robson. His customer service was truly outstanding — he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased two pairs of glasses and I’m very happy with both of them. I also referred a friend to him, and they ended up buying two pairs as well. That says a lot about the level of service he provides. Thank you, Iraj, for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  The service, selection and prices are undeniably the best I've experienced. I'm a repeat customer as my eye prescription has changed recently and I like the frame selection that this store has.

  My previous experience here many years ago was almost phenomenal which is why I came back recently to update my glasses. I expected to find the same knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly representative from before but I wasn't able to find him. The rep that assisted me this time was Amin who did help me get what I needed quite efficiently but didn't leave me with the same level of satisfaction as the rep I mentioned above. I wish that the service could be a little more friendly, the post-sales follow ups and updates could be more proactive (I did not receive any updates for 3 weeks), and when I picked up my glasses I didn't have my case with me (which makes transportation dicey) I was only offered a used zip lock bag. Iris (my usual optometrist brand) gave me a case and microfiber wipe last time this happened. The worst thing about this experience was that at the 2 and 3 week mark, I called in myself to get an order update since nobody ever followed up with me. I kept getting transferred to voicemail and nobody would ever call me back until I just kept calling over and over again. The rep who picked up the phone on my 3 week order update call (Friday) told me my glasses were done but had not been shipped over from Montreal. That Sunday (2 non-business days later) I happened to be downtown so I popped over and the store manager told me the same thing but she went one step further and checked the back and the glasses were actually in the back. Had I listened to the rep on the phone who didn't actually check the back, I would have waited 4 weeks for my glasses to be ready for pickup. On top of that, the very friendly and helpful store manager told me that on my glasses purchase they have the ability to provide a $25 store discount to waive the fee for when you bring your own frames - Amin did not offer this to me and I ended up paying for this fee. I ordered the most expensive diamond tier lenses with all the bells and whistles and I am overall impressed. Except for one lense which I inspected closely and found some tiny "pitting" (tiny chipping) around the edges of the lense. The other lense's edges are perfectly smooth and uniform.
