  I spoke to a manager on the phone like 7 months ago when I moved into the neighborhood about a punching bag and he said that there was one in the building and he was looking for the right place to put it up but apparently he still hasn't put it up and some of the employees are also not happy about it either. Told me to go to a different location very far from my house. When really if the punching bag is there why not just put it up?

  Had a really bad experience and seriously thinking to cancel my membership, even though the location is convenient when I downgraded my plan they just ignored my request and overcharged me for my next payment when I went back to double check why I was being overcharged one of the staff gave me attitude, her name is Laurine A., funny to think when i registered she was pretending to be extremely nice just to get my money, but when i needed help she blamed me that i didn’t do the process right and claimed that she is not supposed to know anything regarding to my plan, i thought that as a customer you should be able to ask for explanations when u are being wrongly charged but apparently for her I’m supposed to solve the own problem all by myself P.S.: I haven’t been downgraded to the membership I want and most likely will be overcharged again in few days because her excuse is that there is no manager and no one to help me now (and I did pay an extra amount on top of what I was overcharged already) they don’t make up for their mistake

  I was on a call and spoke with someone named Loraine (not sure if I spelled that correctly). I asked her a question, she gave me an answer, and she told me she would check with the manager and call me back later. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager and confirmed that Loraine did check with him, learned she had given me the wrong information, but never called me back to correct it. Because of that, my time and the time of the person I brought with me was completely wasted. Really disappointing and unprofessional communication from this location.

  Good selection of equipment, friendly staff. Definitely busy throughout the day, but you dont have to wait very long if you go off peak hours. For it's price it's to be expected. Cancellation policy is easy and fast if you do a month to month plan. Standard gym fees that they are up front about. If you don't mind crowds, are on a budget, and can come during off peak hours this is a great gym.

  I was previously a member of your gym but canceled my membership last year. Recently, I received a text message with a promotional offer, and I called to inquire about it. I informed the representative that I would consider rejoining and had not confirmed or requested membership reactivation. Subsequently, I received several messages welcoming me back, and I discovered that my membership had been reactivated without my consent. Upon calling to clarify, I was unable to receive a clear explanation, and when I requested to speak with a manager, none were available. In a later call, I was informed that I have an outstanding balance of $163, which came as a shock since I have email confirmation that my account was fully settled and the membership canceled. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received a satisfactory response from management. Hope they resolve this soon.
