Despite following their instructions, I was charged for several months after I stopped using the gym and even after returning to my home country. Their handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they demanded additional payments and added late fees. The customer service is slow and unhelpful. Your āwe will improveā replies are clearly copy-paste responses. There is no real effort to resolve issues.
