  Excellent customer service. The trainer are friendly and helpful. The club offers flexible self managed scheduling of classes. It's very convenient to use yet flexible to change. It was a bit difficult for me to understand the instructions due to accent of language. But eventually I found the class we without this problem for me. Highly recommended to join the club.

  I just finished my free intro class with Olga, and mind you, I’ve NEVER done Pilates before…I HAD AN AWESOME TIME! Olga was very calm and patient, made the experience very comfortable (which is a tough feet when you’re engaging your core). I ended up getting signed up for 4 sessions a month! Great spot for anyone looking to start a new activity where the environment is welcoming and the challenge is rewarding!

  From the moment you enter the studio you are greeted by Elise who always has a smile and is very welcoming. I have been going to the studio since July and I love the variety of each of the workouts and instructors. All the instructors are very skilled and knowledgeable. Yanina has to be one of my favourite instructors she is very clear in her instructions, even when she is correcting your position she does it in a way that you feel encouraged and supported.
