They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking and never too crowded. It’s also close to groceries like Safeway, as well as banks and Starbucks. Overall, a highly recommended hearing clinic!

Sujin, the audiologist, was great in communicating what was involved in the hearing test and was very informative in letting us know what options were available in hearing aids. Would highly recommend this place!

She fixed the problem, cleaned the aid and sent me on my way with a smile! First class service! I highly recommend using Amplifon-Kerridale if you need hearing aids or just need some servicing of your aids.
