- FCFred ChanDec 17, 20255.0Thanks to other great Google reviews, I decided to have my very first hearing test today at Amplifon Arbutus, indeed it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist lady is helpful and welcoming. Dr Sujin Chung is professional, very friendly, patient and calm, everything was explained clearly. Am glad I don't need any hearing aid at the moment, but I would highly recommend Dr Chung / Amplifon Arbutus.

I came here with my 89 year old grandfather and he had a lot of questions and hesitations. Sujin spent an extraordinary amount of time answering his questions multiple times. I am astounded by her level of patience and care with how she spoke to my grandfather. She was extremely patient, clear, and everything you could want from an audiologist. If you or someone you love needs hearing aides or a hearing test- I urge you to go here. The woman at the front desk was also very welcoming and warm. I am so grateful I went here today. It made the process which could have been difficult, much easier and pleasant. Thank you!

They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking and never too crowded. It’s also close to groceries like Safeway, as well as banks and Starbucks. Overall, a highly recommended hearing clinic!
