They were missing in their computer system a darker sunglasses tint so I got one lighter. I've never had progressives before. I'm still getting used to them. But it's nicer than switching glasses all the time. Part of it feels more natural. Like before I needed multiple for reading, computer, and distance. Staff was really nice. Optician explained strength of my prescription was causing a old 3d glasses 2 color(drop shadow effect). That I needed to look more direct at electronic signs. Also similarly it's what causes halos and stars off lights. I've had the problems for years across several eyeglasses(and several stores). They do take PWD Blue Cross coverage. I didn't need to pay anything for eye exam. However, for progressives I had to pay $175(includes tax) for my 2 pairs of progressives. I years ago paid $150 at Walmart for reading and distance glasses. I paid only for eye exam for Clearly($98 at Robson). Clearly glasses fit badly and 2 different pairs broke. Walmart glasses didn't break. But SpecSavers has the best warranty.

I went to an Specsavers optical shop in Langley to inquire about reading glasses. The shop manager Henry and optician Suzie and Nancy provided professional advice, and I got the glasses fitted. They are comfortable to wear.
