I had just gone through an unfortunate accident where my glasses were smashed, and I walked in feeling stressed and discouraged. Instead, I was met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Serena, Lola, the doctor, and the rest of the team were truly exceptional. What they gave me went far beyond glasses it was a gift of understanding, empathy, and outstanding customer service. They did everything anyone could possibly do to help someone through a difficult moment in life, and they did it with grace and humanity. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone especially my family (we’re all a bit magoo when it comes to eyesight!). Thumbs up isn’t enough. Five stars aren’t enough. I’d give them nine if I could. Thank you all for being not just great professionals, but genuinely beautiful humans. Great job, great service, and a great sense of humanity

The team were very professional and I received an in depth and thorough assessment of my vision care. Excellent quality and selection of eye glass frames; out of seven I chose, I was able to get the two I wanted and looked good on my face. The team also walked me through my insurance policy and what the remaining balance would be afterward.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
