Choosing the right pair of glasses has always been difficult for both my wife and me, but Fatima made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress free. We didn’t spend hours in the store, and she guided us efficiently with great patience and professionalism. In the past, we had a very challenging experience at another glasses store that we dealt with for almost three years. After meeting Fatima, my family and I decided to completely change our glasses store and we’re so glad we did. We purchased a total of six pairs of glasses and are extremely happy with both the quality and the outstanding customer service Fatima provided. Her knowledge, honesty, and friendly approach truly stand out. We were so impressed that we recommended her to my sister in law, who recently bought two pairs of glasses as well and had a great experience too. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
