The interaction with the manager was quite uncomfortable; her sales approach felt very invasive and did not respect personal space, creating a high-pressure environment rather than a welcoming one. It was also noticeable that the atmosphere among the staff was tense. The manager's manner of addressing employees appeared overly harsh, which created an unpleasant environment that negatively impacted the overall customer experience. Due to these factors, I would not return or recommend this business. Additionally, during my direct interaction with the manager, there was a noticeable lack of professional presentation and attention to service standards, which further contributed to the discomfort of the visit

Not only was there sticker shock but my glasses are so poorly cut for my needs. Been wearing progressives for about 10 years with no lens issues. I am going to go back to the store, since I knew something was not working. I will post again about the return experience. At this point I am pretty sure I won’t be recommending unless they fully fix the problem.
