Dr. Gordon Wong is an amazing professional! he explained everything clearly, simply, and in a very friendly way. He discovered I have dry eyes 🥴 The team helped me pick out a super stylish frame, and a big thanks to optician Serena!! she really knows her stuff when it comes to frames, shapes, styles, and choosing the best options for different eye conditions! The clinic has a very friendly atmosphere, great prices, and everything is truly focused on the client. I’ll definitely be coming back for another pair of glasses! Could not recommend them any higher!
- VVVelvetNov 8, 20251.0I’ve been coming to see Dr. Wong for over 10 years but now I am so disappointed since he sold his clinic to Specsavor. His new front desk staff are extremely untrained and rude. All of them are new and have no idea what they are doing. The current manager looks like she wants to punch you in the face than make you feel like welcome in the clinic. Their main goal is just to sell you glasses and have you out of the clinic once the sale is done. The clinic definitely lost its value. Dr. Wong, if you are reading this, I appreciate you and thank you for the past 10 years (loved how kind and lovely your previous staff were) but your new manager and your staff are extremely unprofessional and I won’t be returning anymore to your location. Best of luck to this location with this new management!

I had my appointment on October 31st so was also able to enjoy their fun Halloween excitement 😊 everyone was pleasant, polite and very professional!! The appointment feels very thorough and care is taken over each stage of the tests!! I was then patiently assisted to choose my frames. The whole experience was very pleasant, even fun!! This was the second year in a row I had been there and will be going back again next year too!! Thank you!! 🤩

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
