  Club Pilates markets itself as a place for wellness, but the membership policies tell a different story. The contract is long and complicated, and canceling is far more difficult than it should be. Even after deciding not to continue, you may find yourself dealing with constant emails and reminders about cancellation fees. It feels like they care more about locking people into contracts than about providing a positive experience. Definitely think twice before signing up.

  Highly toxic management. If you join this place for a month to try it out, they will make you sign a stupid, lengthy contract, and if you try to cancel your membership after a month, that's when they start sending you harassing emails and make your life hell. They will start bugging you to pay them a $100 cancellation fee. Imagine you decided to feel better, and you would end up losing your mental peace. Please avoid this place at all costs.

  Beautiful new studio with great equipment. Good teachers but if you are lucky enough to get Ahn you will not be disappointed. She’s the best! She has helped me so much.

  Ahn’s classes are exceptional her attention to injuries and beginners are wonderful. Her classes always provide options for every exercise so everyone benefits from all her sessions.

  I took the intro class and the experience started off a bit uncomfortable. The entrance area was very cramped, and we had to wait while people were brought in one by one for individual intros, which made the small foyer feel crowded and awkward. I think it would’ve flowed better if everyone waiting was brought in together. Because of the long intro and explanation portion, the class felt about 50% talking and 50% workout. They mentioned regular classes are 50 minutes, but I didn’t feel like I got the full class experience since the workout portion felt short. Instructions were mostly clear, but at times I wasn’t sure about foot placement and found myself looking around for guidance. Toward the end, there was also a membership sales push. I’d recommend trying a full class for the full experience, but the intro class itself felt underwhelming for me.
