  Excellent customer service. The trainer are friendly and helpful. The club offers flexible self managed scheduling of classes. It's very convenient to use yet flexible to change. It was a bit difficult for me to understand the instructions due to accent of language. But eventually I found the class we without this problem for me. Highly recommended to join the club.

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but given I have an hour to spare after my unjustified cancelled class, I feel compelled to share my experience after ending my membership. I had requested my membership to end right before my billing date due to an upcoming move. Despite my request, the cancellation was processed for the 15th—mid-cycle—which already seemed odd and frustrating. I had classes scheduled after the 15th, and those now don’t even show up in my history nor in my bookings. Luckily yesterday, I was still able to attend class (likely because front desk staff recognized me and there was space). But today, I was turned away because the class was full and my name was not in the class list. No notice, no explanation, just a cancellation, and now I’m left with wasted time and no way to make up the missed session—especially frustrating since my billing cycle ends in 3 days and my membership is already canceled. The booking system itself is a headache. You can only book classes once your billing cycle begins, but the most popular classes fill up almost immediately. That means you’re left trying to cram all your sessions into the second half of the month, which for me means scrambling for babysitters and rescheduling other commitments. It’s logistically exhausting. In hindsight, I would’ve been better off paying class by class—it would’ve been cheaper and significantly less stressful. On a positive note, the instructors and front desk staff are generally wonderful. My issue is with the inflexible system and the lack of clarity around cancellations and booking policies. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision and encourages the studio to improve the experience for future members
