  Arrived slightly late and were first asked to justify the delay, only to then be turned away and told to reschedule. If there’s no intention to accommodate, asking for an explanation is unnecessary and comes across as rude; especially when dealing with a senior patient. This is a paid service, not a favor.

  From the moment I walked into Amplifon, the service was excellent. I had the pleasure of working with Sujin Chung, a registered audiologist, who was incredibly pleasant and engaging. She took the time to explain every step of the exam process -- before, during, and after the testing -- and answered all of my questions with clarity. I felt completely informed and well cared for. I will definitely go back!.

  I was very pleased with the warm and thorough service at Amplifon during a recent hearing test. The space is fresh and new, and the environment perfectly designed for testing.

  Thanks to other great Google reviews, I decided to have my very first hearing test today at Amplifon Arbutus, indeed it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist lady is helpful and welcoming. Dr Sujin Chung is professional, very friendly, patient and calm, everything was explained clearly. Am glad I don't need any hearing aid at the moment, but I would highly recommend Dr Chung / Amplifon Arbutus.

  I definitely didn’t expect the level of care and attentiveness from Sujin Chung to be so exceptional. I have not met many providers with this level of care. I came here with my 89 year old grandfather and he had a lot of questions and hesitations. Sujin spent an extraordinary amount of time answering his questions multiple times. I am astounded by her level of patience and care with how she spoke to my grandfather. She was extremely patient, clear, and everything you could want from an audiologist. If you or someone you love needs hearing aides or a hearing test- I urge you to go here. The woman at the front desk was also very welcoming and warm. I am so grateful I went here today. It made the process which could have been difficult, much easier and pleasant. Thank you!
