  My husband and I have dealt with save on pharmacy for 20 years or so, and the pharmacists have been amazing, however lately it's gone downhill. I understand that people move on, change jobs, etc, but maybe save on's HR should take a look at the pharmacists they're bringing in to work at this pharmacy. I think I've been very patient with the revolving door of pharmacists that have come through here. But the last two are the last straw, I have no more patience for these new pharmacists, especially with their God-like attitude. Rachelle, our regular and most amazing pharmacist, told my husband that his diabetic meds would be ready for pick up the following morning. My husband shows up to pick up his meds, and this new pharmacist tells him, "Oh, we've been busy. Can you come back later?" My husband says," I haven't had any of my diabetic meds today, but alright. " He decided to ask me to stop and get them for him after work. I arrive at about 3:40pm. To pick up his meds, and then the pharmacist says I've been busy and didn't get time to fill it yet. I am very frustrated and angrily say he's been without his meds all day, and they're still not done for him? Her response was this "DO YOU WANT TO COME BACK HERE AND SEE HOW BUSY I AM?" I was totally shocked that she had just said that to me. I leave the store. The other incident was just yesterday with a different pharmacist when my husband went to pick up his meds, and this pharmacist starts arguing with him, telling him he just picked up his meds last week. He argued with this God-like attitude that he was right and my husband was wrong. I hope that someone high up in save on foods corporation sees this and cares about what's happening here in Terraces save on pharmacy and does something because it's not just my husband and I having this problem it's many people having this problem. I don't want to change pharmacies, but if something isn't done with this ongoing problem of pharmacists who think they know more than my doctors, then my husband and I will move to another pharmacy.
