  I think the gym is a wonderful place. It makes me feel safe and motivating! And the staff are very nice! Would recommend! Martin is a wonderful and a helpful guy btw, would recommend ;)

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym due to poor management and inconsistent customer service. Throughout my interactions, different staff members provided conflicting information, which made it very difficult to understand my membership terms. One of the most concerning issues is the lack of communication regarding recurring payments. There were no reminders or notifications when my contract term ended or when automatic monthly payments began. Additionally, the cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Members are not able to cancel easily, and in my case, I was informed that additional payments would still be charged even after requesting cancellation. This feels unfair and lacks transparency. As a well-known brand, there should be clear communication, timely email notifications, and a straightforward cancellation policy to support customers—not practices that feel misleading or difficult to navigate. I strongly recommend that others carefully review their agreements and monitor their payments closely before committing to a membership here.

  So giving out a 1 star to this gym ..hours aren’t good enough for the price you pay … joined because I was working days and with this new job a lot less physical so thought hey need to stay in shape but then my shift went to Overnights so I can’t come here .. so after a year plus of paying 15.72 twice a month I was fed up of paying for something I only used 1 time !!!! So I cancelled which would be a smart choice for anybody but kept getting charged and finally got a day off in which the hours work for me to come again and ask why .. get a dumb answer saying cancelation wasn’t done and then on top get another charge for the yearly ( which isn’t yearly is closer to you’re birthday month ) a 53$ more . Just gunna say Anytime fitness will be getting my business ! They charge less and open all the time ! It really sucks cause could have been a good thing if this place would be 24/7 cause I live just 5 mins away but from this places experience with just trying to cancel just sucks !

  Very good gym a lot of new and different machines very nice and friendly people and workers, been going here for a few months now arsh at the front has been very helpful about the questions overall very good

  Best gym ever, I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and the customer service is the best, they help a lot. I used to be scared to come to the gym by myself but honestly the staff is super nice and makes me feel welcomed, especially David and Arsh. They give the best service ever. The message chair here are also amazing it’s one of my favourites. There’s a lot of machines here which is great!
