People come expecting to work out, even if it’s just for 45 minutes. I drove 20 minutes to get here, and seeing the gym closed made me not want to come back and cancel my membership because this is not the first time. Very unprofessional.

When I joined this gym receptionist lied and said it is fine, we got it repaired and she just forgot to remove the notice on the weighing machine. Still they didn’t got it repaired and even cleared the machine from than gym. Moreover, I am using their VIP membership, on the website it says you can use it upto 12 minutes unlimited but they don’t allow to use it. When I asked to them to increase the time and wanted them to turn it on again she said we are not allowed.
