  Thank you Nancy :) During my interaction with her, she was incredibly kind, supportive, and genuinely helpful. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just stick to computerized or scripted answers—she actually took the time to listen and help in a real way. Honestly, I had canceled my membership earlier, but because of how welcoming and professional Nancy was, I’ve decided to join the gym again. That kind of service really makes a difference. Some of my previous interactions at the gym with others weren’t the best, but Nancy completely changed that experience for me. Keep up the good work dear.

  5 stars for Shaina, Sophia and Sargun. They are so kind and courteous. They ensure to greet every member and listen attentively to any feedback. I was having a bad day and the three of them single-handedly turned it around for the better. Ive been going to this location for around 3 years and this is the best staff members ive encountered.

  Love the way She's fit has improved there gym. Lot more equipment and machines. Find I don't have to wait for anything so far. Was a member back in 2010 to 2020. She's fit has left a good impression on me so I am returning once again. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

  We have recently joined She’s Fit Fleetwood Gym. We would like to bring to your attention an issue we are facing with one of the personal trainers (we do not know her name). The personal trainer has been very rude to us. While we are using the gym equipment, she takes the equipment away from us without any explanation or respect. This makes us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As paying members of the gym, we believe we have the right to use the equipment included in our membership. If the equipment is reserved for personal training sessions, this should be clearly communicated to members in a polite manner. We request you to please look into this matter and ensure a respectful and fair environment for all members.
