I tried calling as my doctor sent thrm my prescription a month ago but couldnt get through, so i drove there and they said they didnt have it and told me to try a different pharmacy as their are other save on pharmacies. I called all the ines in surrey to find out the prescription is at the location i was waiting at. How ridiculous! This place is a joke! This isnt my worst experience with them, a number of times they have charged me for things saying my extended health wont cover. Yet i have no issues at other pharmacies.

London Drugs was where my prescription was supposed to go but it somehow got misplaced or didn't arrive. In addition, with the cyber crap that has been going on with them, I felt uneasy about it all. They were not very helpful in terms of rectifying my situation, or giving me a consultation like a lot of pharmacies now do. After many questions with no answers, I decided to try Save On Foods. I was greeted and assisted by the pharmacist and an assistant. After a short and easy consultation, I was so relieved to get a prescription. I will be going to Southpoint Save On's pharmacy for all my future prescriptions. Thank you for the great customer service.
