  I really like this supermarket. The store is always clean and well-organized, with fresh vegetables, meat, and other products. I especially enjoy the dim sum and Shanghai noodles made in-house, so I’ve been visiting about four times a week to eat and shop. One day around 2 p.m., while choosing bread, I suddenly needed to use the restroom. I asked a female staff member at the bakery, and she kindly and clearly explained the location and password, even repeating it to make sure I understood. However, when I entered the restroom, I was absolutely shocked. The toilet was filled with dried feces, and flies were swarming inside. Although I urgently needed to use the bathroom, I immediately ran out and left the store in disgust. When I first arrived in Canada 40 years ago, I remember the public restroom at Vancouver Airport being so clean and fragrant that it felt like a place where you could even eat a meal. That memory has stayed with me, which is why this recent experience was so upsetting. As a former restaurant owner, I understand better than most how critical cleanliness and hygiene are. My wife is a nutritionist, and my daughter is a physician at a U.S. university hospital. We all take health and sanitation very seriously. Reputation takes years to build, but it can be ruined in a moment. I hope this incident serves as a wake-up call, and that the management of this supermarket chain will ensure the store remains clean and welcoming at all times.

  I have always had a great experience at the pharmacy. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping clients. It’s clear they care, and that makes all the difference.

  Worst experience ever Sending me on wild goose chase to get a shot vaccine elsewhere and u need appointments at the place the recommended to transfer over ur referral If I don’t need this shot today or tomorrow then I would go else where as they have the rec for it Probably be the last time I use them cause this was ridiculous and not having sign saying they don’t do any shots / vaccine on weekends so stupid they should have one or get one I recommend to go elsewhere

  Scam alert. Last 3 times ive come here all the sale items ring up as original prices. Total scam they have going on hoping peiple dont check receipts
