I went in looking for glasses and stood there for quite a while, but not a single staff member approached me to offer assistance. There was absolutely no customer service. When you’re spending money on something as important as eyewear, you expect at least basic acknowledgment and help. Instead, I felt completely ignored. It honestly felt like a waste of time going there. I would not recommend this location if you’re expecting any level of service or support while choosing your glasses.

They are always at the computer screens. I’m sure it’s very important, they must be actualizing financials and analyzing revenue models for the company!?! It’s not like they have the best offers or exclusive products- the same prices, if not better, are available at regular stores. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. I’m not returning.
