They all have known exactly what they’re doing, I’ve seen my pain go from chronic, to non existent! My trainers have given me back my purpose, shaping me for the rest of my life. I’ll forever be grateful to club 16, and to all the people who have helped me along the way at the south Surrey location! Highly recommend. Many thanks to club 16!

Loads of machine options and you can tell the staff are on it right away if a machine needs repair etc. Ali was so informative and helpful during the tour and membership process. The gym is non intimidating, the members are friendly, inspiring. I am so happy to be part of such an empowering and motivating community!

A special shoutout to Vector ( the Manager ) and Maria ( the trainer) for greeting every member by the name and greeting such a positive atmosphere Marine is one of the best trainers I have seen so far she is knowledgeable, motivating and truly cares about helping members reach their goals The gym is clean and I really appreciate how quickly the equipment gets fixed when needed. I have been referring more of my friends to this location because it’s such a great place to train Great job, team! Keep up the awesome work 💪
- STSylvia TishlerOct 28, 20255.0I have been going to your gym now at 160st South Surrey since January 6 of this year. This is the longest I have ever stuck to a fitness commitment. A lot of that has to do with the staff and the services and the reasonable monthly price. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Your personal trainers are excellent as well. The additional free services of the tanning bed, hydro bed, sauna and red light capsule are a fantastic bonus that is not available anywhere else. I have referred several people to the club including my daughter which gives us another great connection. Thank you
