Absolutely love this Pilates studio, the staff are super friendly and make you feel so welcome every time you walk in and the instructors always take the time to help with form or give tips, which is really helpful and I really appreciate. The classes are a good mix of challenging and relaxing, and I always leave feeling amazing. The studio is clean, and has a really good vibe overall with great service, they’re super easy to contact and always helpful with scheduling or questions. Honestly recommend this place if you’re looking to get into pilates

They are savages when it comes to their policies. I have cognitive issues from my autoimmune disease and thought I had cancelled my membership but apparently I didn’t. When I mentioned this she said something about needing to pay a cancellation fee so that’s why my membership wasn’t cancelled. They went ahead and charged me which put me in a tough spot financially and when I asked about getting a refund there was zero compassion. You also can’t give your credits to someone or let someone use your credits. Please be careful when signing up with this place and make sure you understand all their charges cause they are ruthless and will screw you over

I have had a very disappointing experience with the policies and approach at this studio. On one occasion, I was unable to attend class due to a sudden injury. I had a physiotherapist’s note, but it was still not accepted as a valid reason for cancellation. The policy simply considered it a “no-show” because I was unable to cancel 12 hours prior, and I lost a class worth approximately $30. This feels extremely unfair, especially since I was fit and willing to attend until the injury occurred on the same day. On another occasion, I was delayed due to a road accident, road closures, and parking challenges. Despite arriving only two minutes late and repeatedly requesting at the front desk, I was not allowed to join the class. It was frustrating to be denied entry under such unavoidable circumstances. Both these experiences make it seem that flexibility and customer care are not valued here. While I understand policies are important, some consideration for genuine situations would make the overall experience far more fair and positive for members.

I signed up for a free trial class and was really looking forward to it, with the intention of signing up for a package if I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic and arrived just 3 minutes late, but was told I couldn’t join because I needed an introduction to the equipment. I completely understand safety policies, but I wish there had been a little more flexibility after my commute there.
