  We popped into here today while we were here for Rememberence Day and a funeral service from Kamloops. My dad's hearing aid needed new pads as one side wasn't working and we were having problems with communication. They got us new pads and gave us the rest of the box entirely free while we were prepared to pay. I missed the lovely agents name but it was a Godsend and an incredibly pleasant experience. Thank you again so very much.

  so its closed when one has issues with them so i have to wait till the 12 really not impressed

  I called this place today, but no one answered, so I left a message. Shortly after, a staff member called me back, but her tone was extremely rude—she spoke as if she were scolding me. I was simply trying to ask about the prices of hearing aids and was planning to visit if the price was reasonable. However, she told me that they could only give a price after a test. That’s understandable, but she immediately started by asking for my name in a very unpleasant and irritated tone.

  I am throughly satisfied by the care and service i received from this Clinic. Ms.Shereen at the reception is so friendly and always greets you with a smile and the expert Ms. Shruti is very caring ,humble and gives you the best and sincere advice related to your hearing problems. She suggests what is most suitable for you and provides you with all the details to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone who needs such services.
