My dad's hearing aid needed new pads as one side wasn't working and we were having problems with communication. They got us new pads and gave us the rest of the box entirely free while we were prepared to pay. I missed the lovely agents name but it was a Godsend and an incredibly pleasant experience. Thank you again so very much.

Staff takes the time to explain and takes a deep interest in your hearing situation to provide the best solution. Never pushes for time limitations and makes you feel you have all your concerns addressed and answered. The negative is that there is no weekend service, so when your aide stops working your quality of life recedes
